It delayed the team’s flight and most definitely affected the outcome where the Tar Heels won 56-24. Florida A&M has reduced that number of ineligible players down to eight for this game, including NFL prospect linebacker Isaiah Land. Jackson State, meanwhile, has been dealing with a water crisis that forced the team off of campus. The Pearl River flooded due to severe storms at the end of August and has affected water treatment plants where thousands of residents can’t access safe drinking water. On top of that, the team is dealing with accommodating student-athletes for this game in Miami where the Dolphins play. Considering all of the external factors, there is no telling what the outcome of this game will be.
