Why the Colts Can Cover the Spread
Matt Ryan is back at quarterback for Indianapolis. Ryan finished 68.8% for 2,642 yards, 11 touchdowns and 10 interceptions. Ryan also rushed for a touchdown. Jonathan his Taylor led the team with 779 rushing yards and his four touchdowns, battling through injuries to star players. The Colts have totaled 1,196 rushing yards and his seven touchdowns as a team.
Michael Pittman Jr. leads the team with 739 receiving yards and has caught two touchdown passes. Paris Campbell and Jelani Woods are lining up for the team lead with three touchdown catches. Campbell is second with 454 receiving yards. Rookie Alec Pearce averaged 15.1 yards per reception and also scored a touchdown. Indianapolis ranks his 30th in the league with his 15.8 points per game average.
Indianapolis has a solid defense, allowing 20.3 points per game for 11th place. Yannick Ngakoue is leading the team with 8.5 sacks and DeForest Buckner is second with 5.5 sacks. The Colts as a team he registered 31 sacks, but Dallas surrendered his 14 sacks.

CeeDee Lamb leads the team with 857 receiving yards and five touchdowns. Dalton Schultz is second with three touchdown catches. Pollard scored two touchdowns, as did reserve tight end Jake Ferguson. Dallas’ strong offense saw him score 25.4 points per game, ranking him seventh in the league.
Dallas’ defense has been key to their success, allowing 17.0 points per game, second in the league. Dallas’ passing his rush has totaled 45 (!!!) sacks this season, led by his 12 sacks for Micah Parsons. The Indianapolis offensive has more holes in his line than Swiss cheese, allowing 43 sacks. Trevon Diggs led the team with his 3 interceptions and Indianapolis he threw 11. Diggs is absent from practice due to illness. The pass rush should neutralize the threat from the inept Indianapolis offense.
